Kinesiology

What Is Kinesiology How Does It Work?

Kinesiology is an amazing tool that is used to achieve goals, improve health, vitality, greater range of movement, and reduce pain.

Through the art of Muscle Monitoring, Kinesiology identifies and releases the physical, mental, emotional and nutritional stress response held in the body, and our ability to adapt to different stressors in life. Our body and our nervous system store all the subconscious memories, emotions and patterns of our whole life experience. When identifying and correcting these imbalances, it enables healing to occur.

It brings awareness back into the body to re-trigger its own innate healing system.

Kinesiology has its origins in Chiropractic, combined with the principles of Chinese Medicine and Nutrition.

What Does A Kinesiologist Do?

The flow of energy within and around the body is connected to our muscles, organs, tissues and cells through the Chakra and Acupuncture Systems.

Kinesiology techniques correct the body’s energetic flow and thus restoring it back to a state of homeostasis.

Some correcting techniques may include:

  • holding or stimulating of acupressure points
  • correcting the meridian flow
  • reflex points, exercise
  • nutritional support
  • clearing of emotional blockages
  • clearing of subconscious self-sabotage programs, and much more.

Also note, we do NOT do Herbal Medicine (unless a Kinesiologist has specific qualifications in that), nor Aromatherapy. Yes, we use essential oils as a form of correction at times but that is not classified as Aromatherapy.

What To Expect During a Treatment?

A Kinesiology treatment is known as a “Balance” during which the client remains fully clothed. Each Kinesiology balance is unique because it is determined by the responses gained from the muscle monitoring.

By using these muscle monitoring techniques Kinesiology becomes a versatile tool for identifying and correcting various imbalances in your body. These imbalances may be due to a range or combination of structural, nutritional, emotional, energetic and or spiritual causes.
